What was your most rewarding professional achievement?
My most rewarding professional achievement has been starting my law firm from scratch while raising two children. Both raising two children and starting a business are challenging tasks. Simultaneously incorporating the demands of a new business and the privilege of raising two kids while succeeding at both, is my greatest achievement.
What advice do you have for women in the legal profession?
For women in the legal field, mentorship is crucial for career excellence. Take the time to build a network of accomplished women who inspire you to remain resilient when faced with unexpected challenges and embrace your strength. Confidence, eagerness to learn, and a healthy work-life balance will help you reach lasting success.
When you have 30 minutes of free time, how do you use it?
When I find thirty minutes of free time, I tend to take a moment to rejuvenate both my mind and body. Meditating has helped me reduce stress, giving me the clarity to become pensive and focused throughout the day. Alternatively, I may immerse myself in a book that offers a healthy escape to relax and expand my knowledge.
