When and why did you join MDFAWL?
I joined MDFAWL in 2023 as I was transitioning from an in-house executive role back into a full-time legal role.
What advice do you have for women in the legal profession?
Your career will not be a straight line - there will be detours, ups, downs, and moments where you question whether you should stay the course, but as in all things in life, you have to keep at it, work hard, and remember that we you are not alone in the journey, your fellow women peers are a huge source of support and inspiration. Do not ever hesitate to reach out for advice or help to others that have been in similar shoes.
What does your pro bono practice look like?
I am currently part of the Women's Fund Advancement Committee and hope to take on new cases with LFCA, an organization I was actively involved in while I was an attorney at DLA Piper LLP.
